Can I change my order?

If you find that you do need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@fieldrad.io and we'll be happy to help.  We'll stop it if possible or start the return process.

How long will my order take to ship?

Because we're a small operation, you can expect in stock items to ship within 2 business days. Although considering we offer items that are built to order or may require custom programming/customization, your order could take up to 2 weeks to ship. Please be mindful of the product descriptions where we do our best to update current lead times per item.

Question 3

Can You Ship To My APO Or Country?

We DO ship to APO/FPO addresses, but please be advised that not all of them accept our products.

International orders vary in price based on weight and distance.

International orders may take longer than the stated lead time depending on destination, address confirmation, or compliance issues.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express International services. We have found DHL Express to be the most reliable carrier for international shipments, as they offer real-time tracking services and competent Customer Service throughout the entire shipping process. Delivery is generally made within 2-8 business days, pending customs clearance for DHL. The shipping charge for your order does not include import duties, tax, VAT, tariffs, or any other fees charged by the carrier for customs clearance. You are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.

What should I do if tracking info says delivered but my order isn't here?

We're sorry to hear that!

We recommend you call your local post office or service center and see what they can tell you. They often have more info. We can't find any more info on our end. Also, it's always a good idea to check all of your house entrances and with your family or neighbors (sometimes they don't tell you they helpfully got your package).

Please let us know what you find out! If it's been lost or stolen, we'll still see what we can do to get you your order.
